I had 5 different companies come to my house to assess and give me estimates on repairing the damage done by a chimney fire. Advanced Chimney Solutions was the forth and I was extremely impressed with them. He took his time, explained everything he was doing and why. He was also very patient with all my questions and concerns. I learned more in the time he spent with me than all the other companies combined. He was generally concerned about the welfare of my family and house, not just a sale.

I can’t express how happy I am with my fireplace and the job that was done by Advanced Chimney Solutions. The gentlemen that did the work were not only polite and courteous, but knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. For example, the top of the chimney needed some cement work, after completing that, he brought the extra cement in and fixed a lose brick and patched should holes around the fireplace. The attention to details was remarkable. They not only wanted to install a fireplace, they wanted it to look the best it possibly could.

After the installation was completed, they help me build my first fire. They sat with me and went over the different paperwork and made sure I didn’t have any more questions. By the time they left, I felt I had made new friends that I could call on at any time. I have recommended Advanced Chimney Solutions to family and friends.

It is my most sincere belief that if you need chimney and or fireplace work done, Advanced Chimney Solutions is the best in the business.

We have been a customer of Advance Chimney Solutions for the past 2 ½ years and I would like to say how pleased we are with the quality and professionalism they provide.

We required service on a 45 year old chimney that caused smoke to fill up our basement and were provided alternative solutions to fix the problem to allow us to use our fireplace.

During the installation of our pellet stove which was purchased from Advanced Chimney Solutions, we were experiencing some problems with the operation of the stove and I contacted the owner who came to our house immediately to show us how to operate it correctly. I would like to also add that this required him to be at our house on Christmas Eve.

It is this kind of dedication and service is why I highly recommend them to our family and friends and will continue to do so.
